Everyone using the skatepark will need to fill in a CONSENT FORM. This will be kept on file and you will be issued a membership number.  This number will be needed EVERY TIME you use the park. This does not cost anything, but at the same time, does not grant you access to the park, it is to say that you have read the rules and you agree to keep to them, please ensure you read the rules carefully and are aware of them before signing.  All forms MUST be signed and dated by an adult if you are under 16yrs.  Please ensure that you complete the REQUIRED info marked with an asterisk*

PLEASE NOTE:  SPECTATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WALK IN OR ACROSS THE PARK, THERE IS A VIEWING GALLERY OR A SELECT FEW SPACES TO STAND IN THE PARK, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO WALK ON OR AROUND THE PARK.
